1- Wrap a string or measuring tape around your wrist to the size you like your bracelet. 

2- If you used a string, measure with a ruler

X-Small - 6 inches
Small - 6.5 inches
Medium - 7 inches
Large - 7.5 inches
X-Large - 8 inches
