Shipping + Packaging

All items shipping within the US are offered a FLAT RATE SHIPPING PRICE. Either USPS FIRST CLASS or USPS PRIORITY. These services includes a Tracking Number which you will receive once item(s) ships.

It is highly recommended to add insurance to items valued over $100. Insurance is now added as an additional shipping cost at checkout. You can opt out of this additional fee/feature if you would like. 55 North Studio is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

International shipping is available in both USPS FIRST CLASS and USPS Priority. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties. 55 North Studio marks the actual value of the item on the customs form and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the excise taxes that apply for the individual country.

Shipping Time:

All items listed as READY TO SHIP reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment where they will be shipped. Although it is most likely that that your jewelry will be shipped within 24 hours after purchase.

Although I do my best to get your jewelry to you ASAP, Made-to-order pieces could take up to 5 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment.

Packaging:

55 North Studio strives to use eco-conscious shipping products. All items come in either a padded mailer or a cardboard box. Your jewelry comes ready to gift in a keepsake cloth bag or ring box and items made from silver come with a complimentary silver polishing cloth. Please reuse and recycle your unwanted packaging.
